Designed Trade-show graphics for output. Maintain a great relationship with all sales reps in company to go the extra step in helping them get the sale and design exhibits in a timely manner. Assisted in meetings to give the overall picture of what their trade show graphics will look like. I was promoted to take the lead with the production artists and set up and maintain the guidelines for art and print productions. I set up procedures on the amount of work that is given to each artist and helped all of them in anyway possible.
